Slate Roof

This roof is a refurbishment in Brazilian natural slate with breathable membrane felt. Two by one battens, and copper nails. The brazilin slate is a thick slate, more difficult to lay and cut than compressed slates, and they have an attendances to be brittle. The finished surface of natural slate in my view is the best looking of all roof coverings.
